OPS IQ 4.2 — Deviation Intelligence & Natural Language Search

OPS IQ 4.2 is our first quarterly release of 2026. The theme is reducing the time quality teams spend locating information and classifying events — two activities that consume a surprising share of the working day without adding compliance value.

Deviation Intelligence

When a deviation is raised, OPS IQ now analyses the description, affected equipment, product and process step against your historical record. It proposes probable root cause categories, surfaces similar closed events and highlights whether an existing CAPA already addresses the pattern.

  • Probable root cause categories ranked with confidence and supporting precedents.
  • Similar event retrieval across sites, with outcome and effectiveness data.
  • Recurrence detection that flags patterns before they become systemic findings.
  • Every suggestion is advisory, cited to source records and recorded in the audit trail.

Ask a question in plain language — 'show open CAPAs on line 3 from the last quarter' or 'which deviations mention viscosity out of range' — and OPS IQ returns permission-aware results with links to the underlying records.

> deviations on granulation line 2 with unresolved CAPA older than 60 days

  DEV-2025-0418 Granulation Line 2 CAPA-0221 open 74 days
  DEV-2025-0533 Granulation Line 2 CAPA-0247 open 61 days
